What is Fractional Investing?

Fractional Investing allows you to own a fraction of private financial assets previously inaccessible to everyday investors.

Get a Piece of the Action

Everyone deserves a piece of the pie

Fractionalized investing allows everyday people to benefit from high-quality investments without "breaking the bank"

Invest with Confidence

Review private investment offerings listed by issuers, with the offering documents and risk disclosures in front of you before you decide.

a slice!

Hold fractional positions in businesses, real estate and more, and transfer them where an offering permits. Outcomes depend on each offering and are never guaranteed.

Why Investors Choose Fractional Investing

Build wealth through carefully selected investment opportunities with advantages traditional investing can't match.

Potential Income

Depending on the investment offering, benefit from ongoing rental or interest income.

Capital Appreciation

Grow wealth as the value of your investment appreciates.

Flexible Investment Amounts

Invest anywhere from $100 to $1M or more, build a portfolio across one or several types of investments.

Greater Transparency

Sponsors are required to provide greater transparency and accountability related to the 'Use of Funds' & Key Milestones.

Increased Access

Gain access to high-quality investments typically inaccessible, too expensive, and unavailable to everyday investors.

Secondary Transfers

Ownership is recorded on a permissioned digital registry. Where an offering permits, positions can be transferred to other eligible investors after applicable holding periods.

Investing with YOU in Mind

Listings that meet documentation and verification standards

Most alternative investments are typically inaccessible and too expensive for everyday investors. eSlice overcomes these hurdles to make these investment opportunities accessible for all.

Every listing must meet eSlice's documentation, disclosure, and verification standards before it appears on the marketplace. eSlice does not recommend or endorse any offering.

A New Kind of Investment Marketplace

Fractional investing has many advantages (access to previously inaccessible investments, smaller investment amounts, clearer ownership records...), but we also realize that it is a new concept. eSlice handles the underlying complexities of the process so you can focus on selecting the right investments for you.

Fractionalization & Fractional Investment Offerings

eSlice works with real estate owners & developers, as well as businesses (aka Deal Sponsors) to help fractionalize and tokenize their investment offerings, list their offerings to the eSlice Marketplace, and on the Sponsor's Private-labeled Investment Portal site.

Investment Records on a Digital Ownership Registry

eSlice records your investment on a permissioned digital ownership registry to provide a clear record of ownership and to support secondary transfers where an offering permits them.

Promoting Transparency

We provide Sponsors (property owners & developers, as well as businesses who offer fractional investment opportunities) with the tools they need to keep you up-to-date and informed with the latest information related to your investment.

Payments, Custody & Compliance

How money moves on eSlice

eSlice is software. Every dollar that funds an offering travels on regulated, third-party payment and custody rails — and eSlice's own revenue is limited to platform subscription and software fees.

Straddle
Bank Payments

Investment funding and distributions move bank-to-bank (ACH / pay-by-bank) through Straddle, a licensed US payments provider. Funds settle to a third-party escrow or the issuer’s account — never to eSlice.

Plaid
Bank Verification

Investors link and verify the bank account they fund from with Plaid. Ownership and balance checks reduce returns, fraud, and NSF risk before any transfer is initiated.

Circle
USDC Settlement

Where an issuer elects stablecoin settlement, USDC is issued and redeemed by Circle, a regulated US money-services business. eSlice never custodies digital assets and does not offer token sales, swaps, or trading.

Escrow
Third-Party Custody

Offering proceeds are held by an independent, qualified escrow agent until closing conditions are met, then released to the issuer or returned to investors.

Plaid Identity Verification
KYC / AML

Every participant completes identity verification, sanctions and watchlist screening, and — where required — accredited-investor verification before funding.

Card & Bank Billing
Platform Fees Only

Cards and bank debits are used solely for eSlice subscription and software fees paid by sponsors, operators, and members. Platform fees and investor capital are never commingled.

What eSlice does — and does not — do
  • eSlice does not hold, custody, or transmit investor funds — money moves on the licensed rails above.
  • eSlice does not provide investment advice, recommend or endorse offerings, or negotiate terms between issuers and investors.
  • eSlice is paid through subscription and software fees, not transaction-based compensation on securities.
  • Issuers are responsible for their offerings and conduct them under applicable exemptions (Reg D, Reg A, Reg S) with their own counsel.

eSlice, Inc. is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or funding portal. An application for FINRA funding portal membership is pending; until it is approved, Regulation Crowdfunding offerings are not conducted on eSlice, and any future success-based fees will be offered only after approval.
